Comment:

 Fix was small; only a couple of git hooks still referred to src/or or
 src/common.  (I have left support in chutney-git-bisect.sh in case we ever
 need to bisect through these old versions.)

 See branch `ticket32957` with PR at
 https://github.com/torproject/tor/pull/1683 . No changes file, since this
 does not affect anything users touch.
