Comment:

 this is finally picking up speed, or rather, about to cross the finish
 line! a new host has been created for the service (check-01, #33362) and
 has been setup by irl and anarcat.

 the next step here is to announce chiwui.torproject.org's retirement,
 which irl will handle.
