Comment:

 We deployed a new iteration of the download page

 https://www.torproject.org/download/

 Changes:

 - remove EOY campaign banner
 - add a better label to the download button, mentioning the OS. Eg.
 `Download for Windows`
 - add an [?] icon near to the signature link for people to learn more
 about what it is and why it is important
 - removes the top navigation to avoid confusion with multiple links and
 retain focus in one user flow.
