 I am having the problem I described right at this moment. If you right-
 click on any of the Download links and click "Save Link As" the only
 option is to save as "Chrome HTML Document" which does save the file
 properly. Again this problem is intermittent. Sometimes it happens and
 sometimes it doesn't but it happens often and is quite annoying.
