 We agreed that the anti-censorship team will create a pull request for
 OONI's [https://github.com/ooni/sysadmin/blob/master/ansible/roles/probe-
 services/templates/tor_targets.json tor_targets.json] each time the set of
 default bridges changes. I tried to make this clear on our

 default bridge wiki page]. We can close this ticket now.
