Comment:

 I attached two patches that should fix the issue.

 In the next rebase, the revert of `Bug 1603270 - Add telemetry for
 FirefoxPromoBannerRow user actions. r=VladBaicu, a=RyanVM` will need to be
 moved before the revert of `Bug 1603275 - Add a new FirefoxPromoBannerRow
 for the awesomescreen. r=VladBaicu, a=RyanVM`.
