 I vehemently object to this proposal. On Trac, I can edit anonymously
 using the cypherpunks account. On GitHub, not only do I have to create an
 account, but I can't do it without a "respectable" e-mail provider that
 requires me to put a phone number. (cock.li and sharklasers.com are both
 banned, for "spam" reasons.)

 Sure, I could do some dance where I find one who isn't banned, but it's
 still a strong blow against the community members who would like to be
 anonymous.
