 Just talked to alwayslivid on IRC and found out that there's a list of
 mirrors in `config/tor-mirrors.json`. Some of these are serving very old
 versions of Tor Browser. We should find them and reach out to the
 operators and figure out what we want to do about mirrors going forward.
