Comment:

 Thanks to our applications team, noisebridge01 is no longer part of Tor
 Browser (#33630), so we're finally able to close this ticket.

 For what it's worth, I was introduced to Steve Phillips from noisebridge
 who may be able to set up a new bridge at noisebridge and act as its
 maintainer.
