 Looks good to me. Cherry-picked both commits onto `tor-
 browser-68.1.0esr-9.0-2` (commit 726047a459acf9d8c26fcfdd72584f0196dd60ce
 and 8fe3191e67d007cf35969d888453096bd823af76). FWIW, the bug showing
 Google Play Services involvement in WebAuthn is
