 The plan here, as discussed at [http://meetbot.debian.net/tor-meeting/2019
 /tor-meeting.2019-09-05-17.00.log.html today's meeting], is to move the
 broker to another data center, as we were planning to do in
 comment:8:ticket:29258 for IPv6 support anyway. I'll get a bigger, more
 capable VM than we have been using, too.
