 It's funny to make this ticket so late, but I can't find another one like
 this.

 Anyhow, we should provide HSv3 statistics like we do for HSv2, so that we
 can track deployment and adoption over time.

 I'm putting it as part of #29995 so that we can roadmap it as part of the
 stretch goals for this objective.
