 And upgrading TB8.5 to TB9 is a waste of bandwidth and time.

 It always fails on first attempt(download 50MB+), then second attemt
 always made(another 50MB+).

 I'm definitely not going to do above step again. Have someone to test
 above internally.

 I'm sure other non-tor-proxy people have this problem too.
