Comment:

 As for point 3. Zoom is a per tab feature, but letterboxing is a per
 window use (i.e all tabs in that window). Zoom was explicitly exempted in
 the upstream bugzilla.

 I've cc'd tom so he can validate closing this ticket and that I didn't
 miss something
