Comment:

 If you have your security settings just set to the highest level there
 should be no JavaScript running. I don't understand where the ionmonkey
 parts would come in here. Mabye your additional setting of
 `javascript.enabled` to `false` (which is not recommended) is causing
 this, hard to say.

 We could need some steps to reproduce here.
