 The bug is still not fixed in alpha 9.0.8, beside this I've found two more
 bugs related to the "Learn more" links.

 New found bugs in Alpha 9.0.8:
 Bug 1:
 After: "Your Guard node may not change." string, "Learn more" link goes on
 the dead link:
 https://support.torproject.org/mk/tbb/tbb-2/

 Bug 2:
 In:
 about:preferences#tor
 Section: Advanced
 Link "Learn More" after string: "Configure how Tor Browser connects to the
 Internet." opens empty new "Private Browsing" tab.
