I could reproduce this issue. Here are BridgeDB's logs after I requested
bridges from my gmail address:

The header `X-DKIM-Authentication-Results: dunno` seems to be the issue
here. A tool called dkimproxy is supposed to add this header. But where is
it? It doesn't seem to be running or installed on polyanthum.
