 I looked here and did not see this issue reported:
 https://dip.torproject.org/torproject/web/tpo/issues

 This [https://2019.www.torproject.org/projects/projects.html.en page] on
 the torproject website contains an Orbot link to this
 [https://guardianproject.info/apps/orbot/ page] on the guardian project
 site.  That link appears to be outdated and has broken pieces of content.

 Instead, this seems to be the correct link (from their navigation bar):
 https://guardianproject.info/apps/org.torproject.android/
