 The Dutch (nl) and Protugese (pt_PT) Tor Project website resources have
 been fully translated on Transifex, but is not yet being offered to
 visitors. Note that by offering the translated page, the default download
 link will also be offered in that locale, and can thus help visitors
 discover the Tor browser in their own language. It might also make sense
 to give this resource (which is both the landing and the downlaod page) a
 higher priority within Transifex.
