 I second this for official investigation and high-level communication with
 the github.io folks.

 I agree this link is fishy. Or phishy as the kids say these days. :-)

 A very old version of Tor Browser at least. I don't even have version
 8.0.2 around to compare it to.

 To the extent this is a scam, those who are anti-privacy should have their
 privacy removed and they should be exposed.
