 Right now GetTor attempts to delete the previous git release branch and
 upload a new one due to [https://help.github.com/en/github/managing-large-
 files/what-is-my-disk-quota#file-and-repository-size-limitations limits on
 repository sizes].

 Perhaps a better way to handle this would be to set up
 [https://help.github.com/en/github/administering-a-repository/about-
 releases Github releases]. This can be done through the
 [https://developer.github.com/v3/repos/releases/ REST API].
