 Updated code patch at https://notabug.org/JeremyRand/tor/src/stream-socks-
 auth (Git commit hash `f487da518a9828b194c8f1c8cf6da14955c6bdc4`).  This
 fixes the double-free bug in the unit test that nickm reported.
