Comment:

 Hmm, the gitweb link above doesn't work for me ("Invalid branch:
 geoip-2019-11-06"), but cloning a fresh tor.git, adding my repository, and
 checking out that branch does. It's commit
 853b6ad0950e8014784109879fa058fb0cb90dc8 in my repo. If that doesn't work
 I can attach a Git-formatted patch file.
