 okay, turned it off (by setting the metrics log file to `/dev/null`).

 The log is in `/home/snowflake-broker/metrics.log` if you want to take a
 look. I can also post some of the data here if we think it's safe to. Some
 notes:
 - right now we simply log the country code of snowflake proxies that are
 handed out every time they are handed out. So we're not doing anything
 like making sure we only log the same proxy once per time period.
 - the time period right now is 1 hour, most relays have a time period of
 24 hours (I think that's a bit too long for us but we can now look at what
 we'd get for that).
 - I'd also like to collect this data on '''available''' proxies (right now
 we just count proxies that are actually handed to clients).
