 Please add pili to the tracadm group.

 Or rather, what I actually want is for pili to be able to ssh into
 trac.tpo via a jumphost, then sudo -u tracadm -s, then run the
 ~/bin/delete-user script.

 I think this means "add to tracadm group", but if I actually mean
 something else, then I want that instead. :)
