 I'm still using an older Ubuntu Desktop version, i.e 14.04, and for
 several months now I haven't been able to launch Tor Browser.

 Today I ran "./Browser/start-tor-browser --debug" and got the following:

 _ZTTNSt7__cxx1119basic_ostringstreamIcSt11char_traitsIcESaIcEEE, version
 GLIBCXX_3.4.21 not defined in file libstdc++.so.6 with link time

 This is version linux64-8.5_en-US
