 ClientAutoIPv6ORPort does not work reliably in Tor Browser:
 https://trac.torproject.org/projects/tor/ticket/30639#comment:3

 We could fix the bad interaction between tor and Tor Browser.
 But I'm not sure if that will fix the underlying issue.

 So it looks like we'll need to implement proper "happy eyeballs" support
 in tor.
