 Yes, please build on #15035. That was an important effort by eighthave /
 _hc.

 These links could also be distributed via chatbots built into Signal,
 WhatsApp, Telegram or other messaging services. This is something we are
 working on with other efforts and can advise.

 Separately, if the user scans a QR code with the system QR code scanner on
 Android, it can launch the browser. There is no need to a QR code scanner
 to be built in.
