 We have identified a first set of people to make up the test group:
 Al, Bekeela, gaba, Erin, Isa, Jon, pili, Sue.

 In addition to that, we're drafting a dev from the network team to add to
 the group.

 pospeselr, GeKo and ln5 will be the initial service admins tending to i)
 user training and support, ii) user administration, iii) data migration
 and iv) service administration.
