Indeed. I'll make the changes as soon as I can to the proposal.

This current issue reminds me of the tap vs ntor problem. Once we stop
using tap, what will old client do? I recall analysis being done by nickm
there and I'm expecting a very similar conclusion(s) about clients who
just can't use the network.
