 Thanks phw! I'm not familiar enough with bridgedb to review this to the
 degree I like, but skimmed the stem usage and this looks spot on! Great
 work.

 I authored descriptor generation specifically for BridgeDB. Is there
 anything I can adjust within Stem (either in the form of new capabilities
 or api adjustments) that would make this better for BridgeDB?
