Comment (by teor):

 About a month ago, chutney CI was unstable. This failure pattern looks
 familiar: older releases and newer pythons.

 Since then, I've fixed a bunch of bugs, and merged to master.

 I closed and re-opened the pull request to get the latest merge, let's see
 how it goes.
