 Used to be able to use mouse-scroll to quickly scroll through the
 bookmarks. This was a useful function because it allowed me to quickly get
 down the bookmark list without having to open "show all bookmarks". Why
 was it removed? Can we get it back?

 This is on latest "Extended Support Release 8.5.1 based on Firefox
 60.7.0esr x64".
