 Do you have special characters in your path (see #10416)? Is that new with
 the current Tor Browser or does it happen with older Tor Browser versions
 as well (you can find older versions at: https://archive.torproject.org
 /tor-package-archive/torbrowser/)? Do you have antivirus/firewall software
 installed? If so, which?
