 This is interesting. A user from KZ showed up in #tor today and mentioned
 that our default obfs4 bridges, obfs4 bridges from BridgeDB, and meek did
 not work for them.

 I messaged the user my unpublished obfs4 bridge whose OR port is
 firewalled and the bridge is working so far.
