 The nonfunctional options should be grayed out.

 Part of nonfunctional options in Tor Browser:
 Tools > options > Privacy&Security > Manage Data / Clear Cookie doesn't
 work and gives the user the wrong impression that the deed is done.

 This inform that the action is done, the button is not grayed, but these
 options do nothing. It is very dangerous for user.

 Is there any way to clear cookies for specific one site?

 Version: 8.0.4 (based on Mozilla Firefox 60.4.0esr) (32-bit)
