 I experience hangs of longer than 10 seconds when I change wi-fi, for
 example. My workaround is to enable or disable obfs4 (change it to the
 opposite of its current state), then open a new tab with a domain
 different from all the existing tabs. That seems to cause all the other
 tabs to "wake up" simultaneously.
