 This  project uses 'go get' to download and compile dependencies. We will
 need to handle downloading and compiling these dependencies through RBM.

 'go get' basically just downloads the dependent project github repos and
 then compiles them. It is relatively easy to create a project within tor-
 browser-build for each dependency but this would be a bit verbose.

 Alternatives include creating a new git repo that uses git submodules and
 then just having one tor-browser-build project.
