Comment:

 I don't think we're set up to distribute volunteers' meek instances right
 now. The anti-censorship team is working on a new design for a more
 general BridgeDB/broker that might make it possible to distribute non-
 centrally-managed meek hosts.

 There was a blog post at https://blog.torproject.org/how-use-meek-
 pluggable-transport.
