Comment (by mcs):

 I am 95% sure that visited link color won't change when "Remember browsing
 and download history" history is disabled (which is true by default in Tor
 Browser due to use of permanent private browsing mode). If that is the
 cause of this issue, then I think this is a "won't fix."
