 On the new download page:
 https://lektor-staging.torproject.org/tpo/staging/download/
 click on the little robot picture (which when I hover over it, it says it
 is a link to
 https://lektor-staging.torproject.org/tpo/staging/download/#android)

 Two things happen:

 (A) A separate tab opens, called "Success", for no particular reason that
 I can see:
 https://lektor-staging.torproject.org/tpo/staging/thank-you/
 (what was successful?)

 (B) I reload the download page, and find myself looking at the top of the
 download page again, even though my browser url has changed to
 https://lektor-staging.torproject.org/tpo/staging/download/#android

 I guess what I would have expected would be:

 (A) No weird success tab opens when there isn't anything that was
 successful, and

 (B) It would move me down to the section of the download page which is for
 android downloads.

 (All of this is in Tor Browser for Linux.)
