 We put the following item on the last roadmap we made in Mexico City:

 Run arthur's DNS timeout scanner, archive it in CollecTor, and add it to
 Onionoo.

 However, our plans have changed and we dropped it from the new roadmap we
 made in Brussels. Creating this ticket to remember the idea even though
 we're currently not working on it.
