 Kathy and I went ahead and changed the code to construct the "Get
 Involved" link programmatically (that way we are ready for the community
 portal's localized future). This does mean that someone needs to add some
 temporary magic on the website side (as emmapeel mentioned in the ticket
 description). Do we need to file a new ticket for that work? All links
 that look like this:
