 Extensions in Private Browsing mode will be disabled by default (I guess
 that does not hold for extensions we ship as they seem to be enabled).
 Users get a notification at the first start explaining the situation. We
 should set `extensions.privatebrowsing.notification` to `true` to avoid
 that one as we don't recommend installing random extensions into Tor
 Browser anyway.
