 Thank you for reporting this.

 As 2019.www.* is an archive, it will no longer be updated, we are slowly
 working on migrating the updatable content elsewhere.

 For now what we can do is redirect https://2019.www.torproject.org/docs
 /verifying-signatures.html.en to https://support.torproject.org/#how-to-
 verify-signature
