Comment:

 i removed the entry by:

 1. removing the key from the onionbalance service on opacum, in
 `/etc/onionbalance/private_keys/webstats.torproject.org.key`
 2. running puppet on opacum
 3. running puppet on all `C:roles::static_mirror_web`
 4. realizing this is probably not how it's done
 5. cleaning up some puppet code
 6. getting distracted by half a dozen old tickets
 7. figuring out i need to run puppet on more hosts and running it across
 the infrastructure
 8. happily realizing that fixed it, somehow

 so this is done, go figure how it actually did work. ;)
