 Verifing Tor Browser for Windows at [https://support.torproject.org/tbb
 /how-to-verify-signature/] gives the incorrect TBB package name for the
 Cli verification.

 I download Windows TBB package from Tor Project downloads page:

 `https://www.torproject.org/dist/torbrowser/8.5.4/torbrowser-install-
 win64-8.5.4_en-US.exe`

 Verification page instructions:

 For Windows users:

 `gpgv --keyring .\tor.keyring Downloads\torbrowser-install-win64-8.5.4_en-
 US.exe.asc Downloads\torbrowser-win64-install-8.5.4_en-US.exe`


 **Correct package name**


 `win64-install` should be switched to `install-win64`
