 What are "CPs"? For what it is worth I am tending to remove Selfrando from
 our alpha builds in the 9.0 cycle as the security gains are negligible
 against modern browser attacks and there are a bunch of drawbacks with
 Selfrando (there is runtime overhead, we don't have cross-platform support
 etc.).
