 Patch here https://github.com/acatarineu/tor-browser/commit/28369.

 Tested that it builds Linux, Windows, Mac without pingsender executable.

 Do we run Firefox tests for tor-browser? If so, there are some tests for
 pingsender that I assume would fail, so in that case I would need to
 remove those too.
