 As discussed in Brussels with weasel, I'd like to not be paying personally
 for metrics-bot's hosting and running it on perdulce seemed like a
 reasonable option, but there is no JRE there.

 There is a Debian package, `default-jre`, that will satisfy the
 requirements.
